Once you have found THE HOUSE -and your offer was accepted- it's time to start the application process. Enjoy our state-of-the-art digital application. No phone call, no hassle! Just you, your computer and the convenience of being in your pjs (if that's what you're into).

An appraisal will be ordered. This let's the bank know the value of your prospective home.

Once we receive a satisfactory appraisal the processor will work directly with underwriting to ensure all conditions (paperwork and requests) have been met so we can schedule a closing date!
